• Residential use only (Heating Oil or Propane)
• The plan starts with a billing on May 15th due June 1st, with the last statement on March 15th due April 1st.
• May is catch up month, and any credit balances can be rolled over or paid out at that time. Account balances as of April 15th are due and payable by May 1st.
• Senior Discount: $.02 Heating Oil, $.05 for propane.
• Prompt Pay Reward - $.02 per gallon when all payments made by due dates. (Price for product reduced for next year's budget payment plan.)
• Credit balances as of April 15th are formulated into next year's plan or refunded to customer, at their request.
• Customer may cancel at any time with written notice and account is due and payable at time of cancellation.
• If two payments are missed, the plan is cancelled and account is due and payable at that time. Any payments missed and made up are not counted against missed payments, but will preclude customer from prompt pay discount.
• Subject to review and calculation at any time, due to changes in customer usage or market conditions.
• Minimum monthly Budget amount: $35.00
• All Budget Pay customers will be ROUTED DELIVERY, scheduled on the basis of product use and efficiency for Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum.
